The teams at NGE BÂTIMENT, the Group’s building construction subsidiary, have responsibility for renovating, upgrading energy performance and extending the Palais du Grand Large in Saint-Malo. The challenge for the teams is to rethink the existing spaces of this building so that it can host major events… with a sea view!

ChalleNGE :The first Public-Private Partnership (PPP) contract for NGE BÂTIMENT. More than purely a construction project, it is above all a team effort between the Cardinal Edifice construction teams and their counterparts in the multi-expertise design office and architect’s practice. For this project, we have made maximum use of the existing structure to ensure that the new venue is a modern facility that responds perfectly to the expectations of our customer.
