Since 2014, I kept growing and evolving within the Group through a wide diversity of projects, both in France and around the world.
From apprentice as a Construction Engineer, I became a Deputy Director for Major Projects.

Seize each opportunity that presents itself. I started out with a masonry certificate and thanks to work-study contracts, I ended up here.

Setting up our own ‘Plate Forme’ training college has provided us with an invaluable resource for assured self-sufficiency in employee training, and allows us to design bespoke training programmes that precisely meet the needs of trainees and the requirements of the Group.
